What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept a wide range of medical insurance companies and syndicates. Please contact our reception to confirm your specific coverage.
How long does a dialysis session take?
Most hemodialysis sessions run three to four hours, typically three times a week. Your nephrologist will confirm the exact schedule for your case.
Is dialysis painful?
The needle insertion at the access site may cause brief discomfort, but the treatment itself is not painful. Our nursing team monitors you throughout for comfort and safety.
Can a companion stay with me during treatment?
Yes, one companion is welcome to stay in the waiting area next to the dialysis unit and can check in with the care team at any time.
